Evaluate the Crazy

Should Jack Stratton be hospitalized? If anyone saw even 5 minutes of the Charlotte mayoral race debate I am sure one thing became very clear. Jack Stratton is not interested in running for mayor, and he also deranged. There were times when his rants would just come out of nowhere. Someone who has this type of paranoid personality needs to be evaluated by the mental health community. Too many times we as a society ignore these individuals, only to regret it when the go off the deep end and shoot up the place.
