Charlotte Mission Possible
The economic recession and other challenges have made the past year an especially difficult time for charitable organizations seeking to meet basic human needs in the Charlotte area. To help address this critical issue, WFAE will host a Public Conversation community forum on Monday, Oct. 5, as part of the local media collaboration, "Charlotte Mission Possible." This initiative is designed to help Charlotte residents understand charitable needs in the community, and find innovative ways to meet those needs. The collaboration has generated hundreds of suggestions from local citizens through an online survey from Edison Nation.
